MEET DR. MICHAEL NEAL
Hi, I'm Dr. Michael Neal and I am the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Build My Team. I am a practicing Optometrist in private practice in rural Hawley, Pennsylvania.
Why did I create Build My Team? I was able to solve the hiring struggles in my practice by modeling how companies like Disney and Four Seasons hire.
The process worked so well that I expanded it to help friends, and now Build My Team services clients in 10 different health care professions in over 40 states and Canada.
In my downtime, I am a Dad to 2 great sons, run marathons with my wife and recently came in 2nd in a 61 mile ultra race.
MEET FRANK TUFFY
Frank Tuffy is the Chief Operating Officer at Build My Team. In this role, Frank is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, including sales and service.
Frank has over 30 years of experience in senior management roles at a major financial institution. From that experience, he brings the knowledge and expertise required to ensure Build My Team has the tools and resources necessary to provide the service and quality our clients want and deserve.
Downtime means sitting on the front porch with his beloved rescue dog Odin while reading and watching the world go by.
